Cheeses made using cows milk
Somerset Cheese Co uses A1 and A2 cows milk to produce mature, flavourful unpasteurised cheeses.
I just wanted to say I’ve received my Taster Cheese selection and just have to say it’s the best cheese we’ve ever tasted ! Pennard Red and Pendragon both joint favourites. The rest still outstanding.
